I have interests in the paranormal beyond just telling ghost stories and researching the history behind them.  Here are links to some of my other projects and websites that I find interesting.

Paranormal Research

Columbus Landmarks Foundation’s Ghost Tours -  I am one of the story tellers for these.  Columbus Landmarks Foundation has been doing these tours for over 25 years and they have an in-depth knowledge of the history behind the hauntings.  Recently, Dan Schneider of Ohio Gothic Paranormal and I got put in charge of doing the tours.  We've been trying sme new things - tours throughout the warm months, tours in neighborhoods beyond downtown, and even doing open to the public paranormal investigations at haunted sites.

EverythingParanormal.net
- They are trying to provide links to everything you can think of pertaining to the paranormal, including events, tv shows, interviews, books, forums, and more.

Ghost Box Communication - A few years ago when Radio Shack hack ghost boxes first came out, I thought that they were nonsense, but decided to give them a try, anyway.  Boy, was I surprised by the results!  Eventually, I hope to get the mp3 files from my experiments posted, too.  The ones where I got responses in Chinese blew me away.

A Haunted History of Columbus, Ohio
- This is my book on some of the hauntings in Columbus and the history behind them.  I tried to bring a lot of new sites and new stories to this.  Personally I can't stand it when I buy a ghost book and it is just a rehash of stories I've already hear dozens of times.  I am pleased to say that the story about a homicide from the 1850s that I uncovered in my research got picked up by The Dead Files for one of their episodes.  It's pretty amazing that I helped a bit of history go from being completely forgotten to being heard about by people all over the world.

The History Press - My publisher.  They have a lot of books on hauntings in their Haunted America series that are well worth checking  out.

The Paranormal Research Society
- These are the folks from the Paranormal State tv show.  The show does not do them justice in portraying what serious, intelligent investigators they really are.  I've done some investigator training with them and have to give them props.

Paranormal Analysis and Research Association (P.A.R.A.) - One of the paranormal investigation groups that I was a member of.

Ramsey Electronics - If you are interested in making your own paranormal research equipment, this is the place to go.  Even though I have no background in electronics, I was able to make a negative ion generator, and trifield meter using their kits.  They also have one for ir lights.  If you want to make the negative ion generator, you will also need to get a project box from Radio Shack to enclose it for safety purposes.  Drill a bunch of holes in that for ventilation.
